A DM piece for Samsung sales staff to help them calmly navigate their way through a sometimes disastrous sale. Inspired by first aid kits and typical action plans you might use in an emergency situation.

 
 

You know those people who want a smart phone but just so they can keep up with the people around them (yes dad, you are one of them). The kind of person who is usually a bit older (sorry dad), want value for money and don’t really care about the bells and whistles.

They’re the kind of person who goes into all of the phone shops and spends about an hour in each one, asking questions, then leaves, comes back the next week, performs the same song and dance, but doesn’t buy the darn thing until they’ve done even more research. If a sales person sees one of them coming, they’ll conveniently pop out for a cigarette… or three.

Our Sales Survival Kits were inspired by emergency action plan procedures you might see hung up on the wall of an office. We used a clever acronym C.B.R. to help our sales staff remember the 3 main features and benefits of the phone- camera, battery and resistance. So they can sell the phone and get rid of my dad, fast.
