In a country where rugby, AFL and cricket rule, how do we get people to notice volleyball? With Volleyfest 2017 on its way to Manly Beach, Volleyball Australia wanted to do something big. Something to get people talking about volleyball.
Hardly any Aussies have seen a live volleyball game, so technically they are volleyball virgins. We re-purposed the popular phrase “lose your V-plates” and encouraged people to pop their Volleyball cherry.
But like any other “we need something big” brief, we had no money to produce it. So not only did I end up with a campaign for my creative portfolio, but also a campaign to add to my modeling portfolio.
xMagnetic V-Plate flyers we stuck to every car in Manly before the event.
